Charles August Billau passed away on 11 November 1924, at the age of 58. He was a diamond buyer and a bachelor. From his death certificate we learn that he was a German Jew from Friedberg (Hessen) and the son of Phillip and Phillipe Billau. He was born on 14 August 1866.
