Sheine Pesse Racussin (Racussen) died on 30 August 1927. Her maiden family name was Smulyen and she was born in Kovno, Lithuania. She was married to Reuben Racussen who is listed as a retired merchant from Bloemhof.  Their daughter Annie was married to Elias Chone Gordon a local merchant. As Annie and her siblings were married in Port Elizabeth, I suspect the parents joined Annie in Bloemhof. The Racussen/ Racusen family are from Zagre in Latvia.
